These cars are so cool, we love them! American Motors Corporation
did these cars right. Check out this example finished in red with a
black interior.
Approaching this car you'll want to have a good look at it. The red
finish is very glossy and presents the car well. Adding to the
muscle theme are "soft touch" black stripes along the hood, roof
and trunk. The chromed bumpers are like showroom new and the trim
pieces proper. Add to that the glass and lenses are what you'd
expect for a '68 which completes the package nicely!
Opening the door you're treated to a black interior with red
inserts on the bucket seats. Original components like the dash and
steering compliment the seating and carpet. An updated radio and
speaker system complete the experience.
Under the hood you'll find an American Motors Go Package featuring
a hefty 390ci V8 rated at 315 hp and 425 foot-pounds of torgue.
Helping you transfer that power to the rear corners is an automatic
transmission. This motor sounds every bit like American muscle!
