We have the privilege of offering this classic 1993 Land Rover
Range Rover County Station Wagon. This Rover is finished in Land
Rover Chamonix white. Its very clean inside and generally in
original and in unmodified condition. It's in good solid condition
including chassis, outriggers, rear-cross member, bulkhead, floors
and panels. The frame is complete and has no previous welding. The
engine sounds lovely and pulls strongly like a beast of a V8
should. The vehicle's road manners are what you would expect from a
classic Rover. The suspension feels tight and well sorted, steering
and braking perform to satisfaction, as they should. The engine
keeps perfect temperature and excellent oil pressure at all times.
No driving abnormalities are present and its a true joy to drive.
The Rover V8 was recently rebuilt and has only a few thousand miles
on the rebuilt engine. The 4x4 system has been fitted with an
upgraded transfer case from a later model Range rover but the
finishing work still needs to be done to link up the transfer case
linkage and install the front drive shaft.
This Rover captures attention wherever it goes and of anyone around
it. Suited for those weekend getaways or around town, its a
timeless classic that is very sharp and stylish. Just complete
suspension overall with new shocks and springs all round with a new
fuel tank and pump. It doesn't run hot and recent service work
includes a new radiator fitted, distributor, leads, plugs, fuel
tank, fuel pump, spark plugs and coils fitted so it's all set and
ready to be driven! Overall this Land Rover is in good condition
and operates exactly as it should. This is the adventure ready
Defender you've dreamed about, with the off white color, color
coded steel wheels and with the classic Safari look.
The interior is in need of the most work on the car. The original
leather seats are tired, headliner is custom camo material, and
carpets are basic black material. The original dash and door panels
are in overall nice shape and there is currently no Air Con fitted
to this Rover but all parts are included to re-install the A/C
system.
All in all this is a very hard example to beat as far as condition
or price. You can get some lower mile rusty rovers, none have been
kept as rust free and well maintained well as this one and ready to
