From 1947 thru 1955 the “Advance Design” family of pickups were offered by GM and quickly became America’s best-selling truck. Our 1950 model Chevy 3600 restomod combines the look of a classic with much improved power, handling & reliability. The truck was built by none other than Bill G. one of our mechanics here at Carcraft Classics with a long & impressive list of new parts. The frame off build began in 2022 with a stock rust free southern pickup and was completed this year. The natural patina finish was left on the exterior & interior but major mechanical upgrades were made to the power plant, brakes, suspension, steering, exhaust, cooling system & gauges. One look at the detailed engine bay & undercarriage and its obvious this truck was built by an experienced mechanic with all the best parts. To finish this cool build Bill added a new period correct wooden bed floor, saddle tan bench seat & chrome steelies wrapped in Cooper Cobra tires. This classic pickup runs & drives great and is for sale now in GA.
